"Connecting Georgia's college-educated talent with employers"
GeorgiaHIRE connects employers to the students and alumni from Georgia’s 35 public colleges and universities.
The University System of Georgia created GeorgiaHIRE in 1999 to offer Georgia employers a single point of entry to the college-educated talent across Georgia. From 1999 to 2008, GeorgiaHIRE offered a database of resumes from college-educated students and alumni that employers could search. This was replaced beginning July 1, 2008, by GeorgiaHIRE special projects.
GeorgiaHIRE is a program of Georgia's Intellectual Capital Partnership Program (ICAPP), which is the economic development program of the University System of Georgia.
